Shipping Policy
Delivery We ship nationwide across South Africa from our base in Johannesburg. All orders are delivered within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas We deliver to all provinces across South Africa including major cities and surrounding areas. Remote or outlying areas may take 1–2 additional working days.
Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your products. If you're not happy, we've got you covered:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund or exchange
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Damaged or broken items on arrival qualify for an immediate refund or exchange
- To start a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased on final sale
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
