Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your products. If you're not happy, we've got you covered:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund or exchange
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• Damaged or broken items on arrival qualify for an immediate refund or exchange
• To start a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason
