Are your products 100% authentic? Yes — every product at Synthesis Glow is 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted Korean beauty suppliers. We never sell counterfeit or replica products. Your skin deserves the real thing and we take authenticity very seriously.

Are these products suitable for South African skin? Absolutely. Our products are specifically chosen for concerns common in SA — hyperpigmentation, dark spots, uneven skin tone and melanin-rich skin. Korean skincare is particularly effective for these concerns which is why we fell in love with it.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin? Yes — all products we stock are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. We recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm before using any new product on your face for the first time.

How do I know which product is right for me? Contact us on WhatsApp  or contact on the contact page  and we will personally help you find the right products for your skin concerns. We are always happy to help.


Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure PayFast payment gateway.

Is it safe to pay online at Synthesis Glow? Yes — all payments are processed through PayFast, one of South Africa's most trusted payment gateways. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us immediately on WhatsApp — [your number]. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to make changes or cancel it for you.

 


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? We ship to all provinces across South Africa — Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, North West and Northern Cape.

Where do you ship from? We ship from Johannesburg, Gauteng. This means customers in Joburg and Pretoria typically receive orders faster.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days nationwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes — once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.

What if my product arrives damaged? If your product arrives damaged or broken please take a photo immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp  on contact page  with your order number. We will replace or refund you immediately at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

My product was opened — can I still return it? Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.


Products & Skincare Advice

How long before I see results? Most customers see visible results within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results use morning and night as directed.

Can I use these products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding? We recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist before starting any new skincare routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Do you restock products? Yes if a product is out of stock you can contact us on WhatsApp to be added to our restock notification list.
